Grievances are an important part of enforcing a contract. If you are a bargaining unit member and feel you have been been treated unfairly, please reach out to our grievance officer directly or notify us at unite@oregontechaaup.org. The grievance process is outlined in Article 16 of the contract and grievance forms are provided in Appendix A.
If you have been asked to attend an investigatory meeting, your Weingarten Rights afford you the right to have a union representative attend with you. If you find yourself in this situation, reach out to any Steward, Grievance Officer, or member of the union Executive Committee or send an email to unite@oregontechaaup.org.
