Contract

The Successor Collective Bargaining Agreement between Oregon Institute of Technology and Oregon Tech AAUP was ratified in Summer 2025. The University and the Association released a joint statement celebrating our shared commitment to the institution. 

A Letter of Agreement addressing the academic calendar through 2030 was signed on January 28, 2026. This clarifies the contract and ensures four-week winter breaks from 2027-2030. 

The Inaugural Collective Bargaining Agreement between Oregon Institute of Technology and Oregon Tech AAUP was ratified in Spring 2020.  It is no long in force, but for archival purposes, you can find it here.
